  I continue to be impressed with how professional, courteous, and downright sweet the employees at this location always are. They take great care of their customers, and will go out of their way to make an order right if it somehow goes out wrong. I rarely write reviews, especially for restaurants, but their stellar attitudes regardless of whether its rush-time on Friday afternoon, or dead-zone time on a Tuesday evening, assures they will always have my business.

  I travel with my work and stop at TSC everywhere! This location though!!!!! Always great service with a smile. Special shoutout to Bella…whatever she does to make my Peanut Butter Cup smoothie with Pea protein should be the corporate recipe. It is consistent and tastes the best always. Not watery. Cup is always full. Chocolate perfect. I taste all the flavors. I’m always hoping the other locations rise to Bella’s level. I can tell that she takes pride in her work! If I were undercover CEO for a day, I would gift her a franchise. Nice work! 10 out of 10!

  I went to Tropical Smoothie with friends, with no intention on buying anything but the employee, Courtney encouraged me to try the Avocada smoothie. To my surprise, it was tasty, way better than one would think based on all of the healthy ingredients. The smoothie was 10/10. I’ll have to make this smoothie a usual! Also, Courtney’s customer service was 10/10. She is much appreciated!!

  Courtney was AMAZING! Her costumer service and knowledge of the products we great. Not to mention she got us to try something different that has ready for the next visit to get it another soon!

  I don’t ever complain, but what I received from them today was just sad. I decided to try their açaí bowl for the first time because their smoothies and food are good and I’ve never had an issue. I went into the cafe and ordered my bowl and got the original açaí bowl with no honey and added the mango popping boba. They put it in a bag and I went on my way and got down the road and opened it to start eating it. The bowl was FROZEN. I mean everything was frozen to where I couldn’t even eat it. It was almost as if the bowl was already made and put in the freezer or they made one wrong and stuck it in the freezer and just gave me what was in there. There was no coconut chips or granola but there was pineapple in the bowl. Which doesn’t even come in the original and it had honey in there, which I asked to not have. Needless to say I was very disappointed because I couldn't even eat the bowl because everting was frozen solid. By the time it thawed out enough to try and eat the bananas were soggy and soft and the other fruit was still frozen and the honey was very chewy. I’m disappointed because all the other places I get those bowls from they make them fresh. I won’t be ordering one of those from there ever again.
