  I ordered food through the app for delivery when it got here I was missing two drinks so I called sonic and they offered to get another dasher to dash my drinks and it’s been a hour or longer and I still haven’t gotten anything, tried calling 4 times to get a refund and now they aren’t answering.

  The atmosphere felt great,until it took forever to get our order..But the guy that brought our food out was great he was working very hard

  Drive thru was very slow. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take the order in front of me then had to wait to have my order taken. 3 cars in line for drive thru and a couple were parked. Not impressed at all.

  We went to sonic on Michigan we decided we wanted to stay and eat on their patio. After 15 minutes of waiting and 4 people leaving the drive thru, finaly someone stuck their head out the door and said someone would be out to take our order. We decided to go the sonic on New Warrington road. It wasn't much better.

  This might be one of the worst sonics I've ever had the displeasures of going to. Not only will you have to wait twenty minutes for this team of clowns to figure out how to make your order. When it comes out it will be the most substandard food you could imagine. The only reason you would come here is for the ice cream and even then they probably won't mix it. Coming to this sonic is a surreal experience as I never in my life have witnessed incompetence on such scale. If you do the drive thru you will come face to face with workers whose grasp of the English language and social norms borders on non-existent. So yea go here if you want a miserable 40 minute wait for bad food and ice cream along with a social experience that will make you question the fabric of our society.
