  I come here a few times a week and have never had an issue. The people are nice and the food is always fresh. Really excellent service and crew

  I placed my order around 11:30 and I pulled up to the drive-through window and as she was going to give me my shake a roach crawl onto the drink. She apologized thre the drink away and we made a new one. She did absolutely nothing wrong. She was very nice however it is absolutely unacceptable as someone who works in the restaurant for the roaches to be that bad when they’re out in the open like that there needs to be some serious cleaning done in the end that falls on management. Absolutely not OK. I did not end up getting the food and I just left.

  The person who took our order sounded angry and/or stressed. She was very rude and short tempered. On the other hand the lady that delivered our food was a sweetheart! She was very, very nice. She accidentally brought the wrong sauce for our chicken bites but she replaced it immediately and with a smile. The food wasn't prepared very well tbh. We ordered 2 large chili cheese tots and chicken bites. We were disappointed in the tots, there was almost no chili or cheese on them. The chicken bites were good and definitely fresh.

  Wow!!!!! The ice is A-MAZ-ING! I really need to BUY one of thoseice mashed that make soft crunchy ice so I can have that ice at home. Its weird that i am more into the ice than the burgers.
