  Waited 20 minutes and no one ever answered the box to take my order. The drive-through was wrapped around, not moving. You had one employee outside sweeping the parking lot and one employee that went on break. When she came back, she went into the kitchen, then came back out after a gentleman knocked on the door and sat down talking to him definitely not the time to hang out while the restaurant is that backed up. Can’t tell you about the food because I left without being served as did multiple cars.

  45 minutes waiting for our food, and it never came. Ridiculous. Waste of time do not go to this place.

  Absolutely the slowest service I've ever witnessed. No longer coming here. I ordered online ahead of time and still waited an eternity to get my food. Just horrible service. Don't come here.

  Took 30 minutes to get our shakes and they were half melted. Beware service is slooooooow.

  Honestly, shut the sonic down or get new management absolutely awful. Awful awful awful sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. Nobody even said anything to me. Went to a pull-up stall, so finally got with me took half my order stopped talking to me, and then popped back up on the screen and said welcome to sonic I’ll be right with you twice. And I said girl you already took my order. Are you gonna finish my order, and she was like oh yeah sorry. I absolutely cannot stand this place. Will not give my money to this and will tell everybody not to either. I have given this sonic so many chances, the wait usually long, but I chop it down to not enough people scheduled. Now I just know that it’s under awful management, or ownership I don’t know. Poor employees, but somebody doesn’t care enough about that place.
