When I was finally helped, I told them my order was ready and told them my name, but they didn't even check for my order. finally someone else walked up and pulled my order off the shelf yelled the name out. I'm scratching my head wondering why they even asked my name to begin with. This isn't a one time affair, I've been here like 5 times and it's all the same.

The manager Alayen, please pardon me if I got his name wrong but he saw where I placed my order and took care of the issue. no biggie. friendly service great atmosphere, I love the food there. I'm not downplaying anyone's negative experience they might've encountered but I know that what I went through is what and how any business should treat their customers. thanks bro I again apologize for getting your name wrong.
