  My Husband is a Veteran of 32.5 years. Retired. On Veterans Day they handed out a voucher for a free meal since they were so busy. We tried to redeem it today and the Mgr said they no longer accept the voucher they gave out!!! He said they stopped accepting them, even though there is no date on it What a slap in the face and believe me, we will NOT be returning customers. He is a Veteran and refused the redemption voucher.

  I came in to the front lobby on a Sunday at 5:00 and the little guy standing as the concierge was on his phone and didn't even pay attention to me. Told him I would just go to the bar and he said that's fine and waved me on, when I got to the bar I sat there for 15 minutes and there was not a bartender in sight not a single person came to take drink orders or anything like that it was a free-for-all as far as I was concerned. I didn't even eat I just jumped up and walked towards the door and the same concierge that ignored me entirely open the door and said have a great night sir as if he thought that I had sat down and ate and enjoyed myself. Absolutely the most disconnected people that I think I have ever interacted with. This place needs to be closed down it just does not represent what an outback steakhouse represents. It doesn't feel like an outback steakhouse it feels like a poorly run well-dressed Chipotle. It feels very hollow and fake. Nothing about it says Australia or outback or anything like that. It looks like a PF Chang's and all the waders are wearing all black as if it's a fine dining experience.

  First the food is always good at outback especially this one we drive almost an hour to eat at this location but our server was so great too and the front of house manger came to our table to check on us it's the little things you know not only did was pleasant but it's the kind of thing that make our outback feel like they care about our experience thank you guys !!!!
