  Have had issues at this location before, but went in on Friday and ordered through the app, set it for curbside. Waited 20 minutes, and walked in there. Took another 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge myself and others and handed me my cold burger and fries. Took my cold food and left

  Waited 20 minutes inside to get my food. You would think this is chilis or something. I guess I should have gone to Culvers! Do better!!!

  Order wrong and forgot sauce, as always. How these restaurants actually function is a mystery to me.

  This McDonalds is the worst. They admitted to giving my order to someone else. Then I had to wait 30 mins for them to remake it. Thennnn they charge me for extra sweet and sour and don't put it in the bag. I go back only to find out, they’re out. How do you run out and not say anything to me? It’s ALWAYS something when I go to this location.

  03/06/26 Ordered thru the kiosk to dine in. 4 others ordered after me. I sat and watched them (for 30 mins) get their food. I walk up to counter and got the rudest "so called Supervisor". She was a short mixed, (hispanic or light skinned lady with brownish auburn hair, slicked down ponytain bun) and wearing an orange vest. I suppose it was a "in training" vest. I porduced my receipt asked her to check on my order because 4 others ordered after me and they've received their food and left. She looked at my receipt (for the order#) and compared it to the computer and said she doesn't see my order. I then told her I ordered at the kiosk. She said - "OH, the kiosk isn't working properly." I then said - "Well, how would I know that?" She gave me attitude and asked what I ordered. I told her to see the receipt because it was a special order and I wanted to make sure she got the order right. She then walked away and threw her hand up and I was like - mam where are you going? Is this how you treat your guests? I then saw another lady wearing a gray collared shirt who was a manager and I told her what happened and she said this is a high volume store and that lady will be going to another store. I told her good because she's going to run people off and if she can't handle customers then she does not need to be on the front line maybe put her on fries or something. I rarely post but the way I was treated was ridiculous!
