  Service a little slow. Atmosphere in lobby was loud and chaotic.

  Every single time I come to this location they mess up my orders (I don’t order anything complicated. Chicken nuggets and fries usually), the shake machine doesn’t work or their signs aren’t updated and they get rude with you when you tell them about messed up orders or the signs. Ive come probably 12 times this year attempting to get a shamrock shake and the machine has been “broken” every time and I came this last time and the sign for shamrock shakes is still up so I tried to get one and they are no longer available with the signs still up and flashing in your face at the menu board

  Why don't you care about Door Dashers at this location? Did you know that we have to get it to the customer buy a certain time and they don't give us enough time for that so that means if you're late then we end up getting a contract violation for delivering it late for some reason doordash think that's okay. So we are forced to report you being late to doordash and to the customer or on assigning the order and letting another Dasher come. You give us no choice we can't just wait.

  Across the board, worst experience, Mgr. Only focused on drive thru orders, no organization, partially fill bags causes 're-makes' from confusing inst., a 10min wait at curbside, went in to wait another 15min, 10 of which were ignored by anyone, it was unfortunate

  I had just gotten off work and wanted something quick for dinner. My husband placed our order online. When we pulled up to the windows there was nobody in sight at the first window. So, we pulled to the second window. They acted as if that was the biggest inconvenience. They asked about 4 or 5 times what our order was just to tell us that it wasn't ready. We pulled to the parking spots on the right of the drive through. We sat there for 15 minutes while car after car pulled up to the window and then out the parking lot. We had to pull back up to the window to ask of us if they had forgotten about us. You could tell by their expressions that they had. We got our food quickly at that moment. But it was more than likely because it was there and they weren't sure where it went. My fries were hot and that's probably the only reason they got two stars. My filet of fish was terrible, not hot, and just thrown together. It's very disappointing. We have an unpleasant experience more often than not when we visit this McDonald's. Unfortunately it's the closest one to our house. Also, order more BBQ sauce.
