We then waited 16 minutes watching multiple cars go through and get their multiple bags of food in 3 minutes or less. Finally upon going inside we're told they think our order was given to someone else. Now, 40 minutes after placing an order, waiting, and going inside to repeat the order to them because they have no idea what we ordered, we have food. I've been in food service basically all my life. This is absolutely ridiculous.
