When I call them, they tell me I can come back — which at much of my frustration I tell them that’s not happening as I live 20 minutes away and proceed to tell them to just issue me a refund which they said they would. Guess what happens next? They never did. I call back again today and the woman tells me I have to come in with a receipt…which they never gave me. I just took it up with the bank. People in Pensacola are so slow and incompetent. What a world we live in and it’s only going to get worse
