  After ordering at the window was told to pull up to the curb and wait, i sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my order and they were some of the rudest employees I've ever met, they didn't say anything I said hey how are you they just stared at me in the face, and after they brought the food 30 minutes later I said thank you the guy just held his arm out dropped the bag in my hands with a smug look on his face smirked and turned and walked away and didn't say a word I will never go back to this Wendy's it was horrible

  The Wendys app needs to change the Sacred Heart location to non mobile orders so that customers dont get confused on locations.

  I have some concerns about cleanliness after a few things I seen. While waiting for my food I noticed most workers wore gloves which made me happy but the cashier doesn’t wear gloves which makes sense UNTIL she jumps in to help bag front counter food after touching money & when she grabs the fries her hands touch them because there is no way to grab the fries without your hands coming into contact with them a little which is not an issue when the fry guy with gloves does it but instead they have someone else bagging the orders and I watched TWO workers grab the broom & dustpan to sweep for a few seconds before going back to bagging and touching the food WITHOUT GLOVES! 🤦‍♀️ 🤮 Than a worker put her hand in the trash can by the fries to push the trash down and went back to bagging. NONE OF THEM WASHED THEIR HANDS INBETWEEN doing these things and at that point I did not want any food and was disgusted and worried about food poisoning or other germs on the food. TO MAKE IT WORSE, I was in the bathroom & was surprised to see a worker wiping down all of the stall doors & walls & it surprised me at first (in a good way)… UNTIL I noticed she was using the SAME RAG to clean the toilet & sink AND MIRROR & the stall door and walls. 🤦‍♀️😩 That is beyond disgusting. I know many restaurants who don’t ever clean stall walls and doors so I was happy to see this until I realized what she was doing. It was ALL HALF ASSED too. She didn’t even use mirror cleaner & after cleaning the toilet wiped the mirror with the rag. It literally made the mirror look TERRIBLE (that’s not how you clean a mirror) so streaks and a fogginess was left on the entire mirror making it look gross & dirty. The toilet seats were the only thing wiped so the toilets were still dirty. Both toilet paper holders in the women’s restroom make an awful squeaking noise that’s so loud when pulling for the toilet paper. She literally just spread germs all over the entire bathroom. 🦠 When I do a job I have to do it right or it bothers me but no see not everyone feels the same. Food safety is extremely important when working in the food industry so this was appalling. The workers were friendly and they had a good team and were not short staffed. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is comfortable but these things I seen are unacceptable in my opinion and need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. It’s managements job to hold their employees accountable or else they will continue to do the bare minimum. Not all workers need someone to manage them and tell them to do things right but sadly a lot of others do. I hope this gets addressed because it’s very dangerous for food safety and customers who consume the food.

  The drive through lady had a nasty attitude , she slammed our drink on the counter service was horrible she didn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for one nor did they give us any napkins or condiments.

  Took 22 minutes to get our food at 9:30pm wheb there was only 1 other car in the drive-thru. We only ordered 2 burgers and 1 French fry.
