I was told by Cassandra I wasn't allowed to use the restroom until I order. I politely replied I was going to order after I use the rest restroom. She then stated alot of people say that then don't order. I was like ok , I went to the counter to order and she walks out the front door hands a bag to a car and gets on her phone while I'm standing there waiting. I order She take my card and says she has to take it to drive thrue because that's the only register. She takes my card lays it on her phone then swipes my card. Food isn't hot or even good. I will not be coming back to the Wendy's.

Mistake can be made so I blew jt off. But when I got my food both fries were cold, we hadn't eaten all day and this is what we had to eat after a long day at work. They have to do better.
