  This is a good location the stores usually clean the staff for friendly the food's good I've never had my order messed up while I'm here everything's been there overall it's a good place good price

  No cup holder to start.. then they left out the nuggets that come with the meal deal. Then the manager with her nasty attitude try to say she gave us the nuggets. WHERE?!? I am the only car in the drive thru, and you can't get it right? Worry more about getting the order right, and fix your attitude . EDIT: got home and unwrapped my chicken strip wrap and the nerve of them to put one tiny chicken strip. It comes with two. So after you know you already scammed me on the wrap, you want to argue over nuggets you forgot too?? Wow. Never again.

  I tried going to wendys tn (02-21-2025) and i sat at the drive thru window for about 10 minutes with no answers. I tried calling but a lady answered and hung up on me. she then comes to the window and points at the drive thru, as i wasnt already in it. overall wendys in Foley Alabama has a terrible staff team and they need to do better honestly. absolutely NO customer service, NO hospitality, and NO respect.

  Went specifically for a hobey butter biscuit for breakfast, no other customers so absolutely NO reason to screw up my order! Instead of a hobey butter biscuit they gave a normal biscuit and smaller one. But they sure enjoyed charging me for a more expensive one. EXTREMELY poor customer service! Owner obviously only cares about money not customers. NEVER going back to this location again. Poor customer service only gets me once.

  I stopped here on 1/12 for some quick dinner for me and the kids, the ink was about gone on the receipt so I can’t see the name of the young man that took my order but it was about 6:30 pm , I can see that his name starts with Ty but the rest isn’t visible! lol he was so kind and honestly these days a lot of people lack customer service skills, so it’s refreshing just going through a fast food restaurant and experiencing that, he actually thanked me for thanking him because I assume hardly anyone uses manners anymore! I didn’t get your name but thank you for doing more than your job, it doesn’t cost a thing to be nice or friendly! Great job 👏
