Not to mention they actually make their red powerade correctly, compared to how horrendously watered down it is at the other taco bell locations in the area. Stellar. Will be going again.

If I was trying to add something I forgot etc I'd understand that, but bc you allowed me to order an item you're out of that I've waited 30 minutes for- you can't be serious! Terrible customer service and service recovery from not having the menu item available! There should be a zero stars option!

Everyone look at me and went back doing what they was doing. The black girl stated after 5min of standing there that my order was next. I’m not mad at the fact that my order wasn’t done I was more upset at the fact that they look at me and kept doing what they was doing. So of course I had an attitude back. Y’all either need more help or staff with better attitude because there were some people that was waiting for their meal and it was 20minutes behind. The store wasn’t even busy it was like 3 people on the inside
