  My son and I were visiting from out of state and the night was freezing. We wanted to get out for a quick bite and stopped for Taco Bell favorites. The associates were friendly and courteous; the service was fast and accurate; the restaurant was clean, welcoming and warm. It was a lovely experience! Thank you Taco Bell Pensacola!

  Massive wait in the Drive-Thru tons of cars behind me. Infinitesimally small side sauce portions they charge extra for.

  Very bad service, the girl with the pimple patches and orange hair was legit so rude she literally rolled her eyes and didn’t even say anything just snatched the freezies back like rude for no reason when I told her I wanted freezies instead of the soda i apologized and i literally felt bad and was like my bad i think i accidentally told you soda, like even though it’s annoying you can at least still be kinda nice like you literally work in customer service ??
