The crunch wraps looked like folded flat flower tortillas (barely filled), the hard tacos were broken, and my chalupa was cold, wet, and soft. Can someone please comment on this to tell me which taco bell in Pensacola actually cares about their customers? I won't go here again... If I'm going to pay this much for food, it better be good...

She was able to go back and see my order. I advised her that I didn’t have the receipt or the stickers from the bag. She expressed her apologies for the full order not being received. She told me I could come back and someone would replace it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return before the morning crew left. Julian from anther shift wasn’t able to help or resolve my issue either. After explaining what took place. He stated I could have the wrong location and that they never take down names. Which didn’t made sense as I gave my name at the time of placing the order inside. I absolutely hate the fact that I purchase food and never get it and no one is paying able to fix this
