Had a sweet tooth craving and decided to get a Sonic blast to fulfill that craving. I ordered the chocolate chunk brownie blast. Super excited to dig into it only to find about 4 pieces of brownie chunk. For nearly $6 I could have went to Walmart and bought a pint with more brownie in it. What a waste.

Waited in drive thru for 15 mins at 12:15 in the afternoon. No one took an order. Drove around, employees just standing around. I left.

Food was better than expected. Came out hot and quick, car hop was friendly and had a variety of ready to go sauce options to accommodate any taste for dipping.

Was served cold nasty tots, asked for fresh and I'm most sure they brought back the same tots one minute later. Was told grease was being changed and the black specs were from that. Asked for a refund, manager never came after several minutes.

We were there over half hour and couldn’t even order. We hit the button and no one responded. It timed out. Hit it again and was told, “only taking drive through orders.” Would’ve been nice to have a sign saying so, or shut down the outdoor stations. Waited in the drive through and they still took so long, we ended up just leaving and going to the McDonald’s down the street. Don’t waste your time. Our kids were already sad because our first choice restaurant was closed and then sonic failed. What a mess.
