  Now the server did the best she could, the issue is, they knew a head of time that we had a party of 25 when we got there, they hadn't even got our table together, then they had 1 waitress taking our oders!! For that our party will not go back, same thing hapen a year ago when we went, took 3 hours total

  I ordered to go on 1/4/26 fried chicken livers French fries extra extra crispy livers were fine French fries soggy and greasy definitely under cooked cashier asked me to check before I left I told him French fries soggy, greasy under cooked he said do you want a bag for your food I said I wanted French fries cooked right .he said there was nothing he could do I left . Ate a few livers and threw the rest of the food away. I dont understand how its gone down so much. I want be back unless there is major change

  The staff is always friendly, the food quality is always good and the process are very reasonable!

  They charged the total bill to my cc when I paid part in cash, I explained it multiple times and it was still wrong. I called and asked for help from the gm I was told it would be fixed and I would be called this morning, I was not called and it is still not returned. Food was fine wait service was fine. Response to Area Manager: I have worked restaurants for many years. This transaction was not handled properly. Had he of paid the cash first then the total would have reflected what was left of the total bill and then charged my card that amount. What is unfair is to be given an answer of it is the bank. No Sir, It is not the bank. You charged me more than you should have and I had to wait for it to process because of this. In this economy and season you will definitely have other customers like me. I paid my bill that way because I needed to buy food later that night for my family. Which I could not because you processed it wrong. If it is your stores policy to charge u, the customer for a part of the bill we are paying cash for how does that make sense? It does not. Also, Unfortunately I was not contacted the next morning as I was told I would be. I had to call back later that afternoon. Your GM was respectful, I understand life happens and he was delayed in getting this task done because of a personal issue. It happens. So, I now go back to the true issue. I paid the bigger part of my bill in cash and that balance should not have been placed on my car. I do not know how you can say that it is unfair on my side to be upset about it. However, I disagree.
