    GrubHub does not have Panera's menu offerings correct on their App. So I called Panera in advance when placing my order. Lisa assured me, my order would be right regardless. $50+ for an order that was incorrect, and I am disappointed with both GrubHub and Panera. Do NOT make promises you cannot fulfill.

I have several food allergies, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My order was made perfectly the first time—no corrections needed—which is something I really appreciate. The food portions were spot-on, everything tasted fresh, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this location for anyone who values great customer service and attention to detail.

    My son ordered from this location today. Server Jenny noticed that his hot sandwich order was cold and without waiting for him to say anything, she immediately warmed it up. That's good customer service!
