Our first time out for dinner in a long time and we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. We had to wait 10 minutes before being seated , and we were being rushed to order our food and drinks , we both did not like . The table was too high. You sat too low in the seat and you were being pushed forward. I ordered a 13 oz ribeye. It was cooked medium-rare which is what I wanted. My husband ordered the salmon with rice and he said it was not tasting. Well, my steak knife was not able to cut the steak properly. And my ribeye was very tough. Then, to really make things worse, somebody went into the bathroom. And apparently smoked a cigarette setting up the fire alarm and we weren't sure if the building was on fire or the fire department was on its way. They never said anything until almost the fire department was on its way.
The meal was absolutely terrible for the both of us.
We will not be going back to Outback Steakhouse ever again. I felt like on the both of us that our plate of food was going to land in our lap.
I miss Angus steakhouse , sadly, COVID-19 forced them out of business.

One we got seated. The waiter took ours drinks. It took forever. Even the waiter said not sure why your drinks are not here yet. Someone else bring them to the tables. I would say the Appetizer came out pretty quick, but it was a little well done coconut shrimp. Then our salads came out and then we sat at our table for over an hour and half with no food. I was tired after waiting so long. I just ask if they could do it to go. I just wanted to leave. The assistant manager Joseph was on it. But we had to wait one the cheesecake and my sweet potato. After getting home. The food was horrible. My son didn’t eat his food. The fries were like eating rubber and cold. It was a horrible experience. We will not be back. They has plenty of tables open but a lobby for of people to be seated. They needed more empl Heart And more cooks for sure. But I would have to say Joesph the assistant did his best to get me out of there.

My family and I decided to got to Outback for Veterans Day dinner! We got there around 5 pm. Wait in line for about 15-20 minutes, jump twice, just to be added to the waitlist. Told 3 hours until we would be seated. Waited 3 hours went back inside to check. Was told still another 45 minutes but should not be that long. It was around 30 minutes later he seated us. I understand that it was busy! Mike, Hunter and the young lady at the front were amazing! Our food was delayed. Service was spotty. I contribute that to the other people demanding attention and service! Not to the fault of the amazing staff and crew! BZ 👏 I apologize on behalf of their ignorance! Y’all were amazing! And for all you other complainers about free food and service! I didn’t get the check and leave until 2200. So I was there 5 hours and also had to get up earlier (0400 to be exact!)

My husband and I decided to go out for dinner for veterans day as my husband is active duty military. We arrived at 6:30 PM and waited for an hour outside in the cold as there was a line out the door to be put on the waitlist. We didn’t mind the wait because we understand it’s Veteran’s Day and crowds were bound to be crazy today. We put our name on the list and was told there would be a 3 hour wait so we left and waited for the text. We came back around 8:00 PM to check on the status of our reservation and the entire dining room was cleared and we were never texted about our table being ready despite tables being open. During our experience sitting in the restaurant, the restaurant partner/manager, Mike, went around to every table in the restaurant and gave every veteran around us a gift card to revisit and purposely skipped our table. The food was taking quite a while and so my husband asked Mike to make the food to go due to my husband having work early and being there over an hour with only the soup served. Again, not upset about the time it took, but Mike’s response was beyond disrespectful with how he spoke to an active duty service member. He told my husband we couldn’t take our food to go and when my husband mentioned Mike skipping our table with the giftcard after making it well known he was giving them to everyone else, he said sorry I didn’t realize I skipped you and never offered to give him one because he “ran out”. Our waiter, Hunter, was great and friendly. He offered to single-handedly fix the situation that his higher up, Mike, refused to. He gave us a to-go box and a coupon for the disrespectful interaction we experienced with Mike. I hope all of our military friends think twice before supporting this location. They do NOT respect their veterans and active duty members. We will not be back to this location.

Came in on the Veterans Day evening, the staff was not prepared whatsoever. Food and service has been good in the past but on this night EVERYTHING was horrible. The hostess informed us that our wait would be 25-30 min but an hour and ten minutes later we were still waiting. In fact, other customers were being seating before we and other couples were. We were told by the staff that those individuals had their names on the waitlist for 4 hours ahead of us. That would have been nice to have known when we came in. Once we did get a seat, our server was missing in action. 25 minutes went by before he came and apologized since he was serving the dining room and the only one in the restaurant that could make drinks at the bar. The story did not make sense due to the fact we saw THE other Bartenders making drinks. Food began coming out at a somewhat normal pace and we thought things were going to get better, we were wrong! The main course came out to the wrong table, the server handed that group all of our food, those people touched our plates and some food before handing it back to the server. That server took our food back, walked four steps over and put it on our table and said sorry. We addressed the other table touching our food and was told the wait would be long for replacement items that were touched. What items we felt safe to eat was a steak (completely overcooked, hard, cold and dry), grilled shrimp that was luke warm and baked potatoes that were over cooked and hard. Oh the replacement food items that were were told that we would get, never received them. At this point this entire meal adventure was over 2 and half hours. Completely disappointed. As we walked out we piggy backed on other customers discussing the problems and informed some of the people waiting in the line of our issues. We also to them that they were telling customers inside that it was going to be a 2+ hour wait to be seated. The restaurant and the staff was not prepared for this night. It was sad that some service members who were coming in to enjoy a good evening and discounted meal had horrible experiences. Overall this has scarred us from going back to Outback for awhile and will more than likely make this restaurant the last option to go into.
