    Asked for a hot fudge sundae and received plain ice cream in a cup and they looked at me like I’m crazy for asking why there isn’t any hot fudge on it

    How hard is it to make food properly? Don’t bother with this location. I shouldn’t have to come home and salt my own fries and add caramel and creamer to coffee after paying extra for it. Incompetent employees.

    As soon as you enter the door the store smells like sewer, the bathroom is even worse cause it smells like raw sewage inside. The staff are rude, I ordered burgers fries drinks with sundae. No napkins, no ketchup and no spoons. I have to go back and asked three times and I heard the lady say “what does he want” in a very rude way. Well if they can do your job properly I dont have to ask for things. It took them 5 minutes to give me my drinks too. How do they hire these people?

    If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. This is the worst McDonald's by far. Rude incompetent employees. Waited forever in the drive thru for the food to be wrong and half missing. When I went in to get the missing items I met attitude and they argued I was wrong. I wanted to throw the damn mess at them

    Great place if you want to stand there for almost an hour for a mobile pickup order, for the staff to not check to make sure it’s right and not really seem to care. Had to wait longer because the bag I was handed was missing items and was missing eggs on the breakfast sandwiches. Not worth spending your money at.
