    Placed a pickup order and went through the drive through. We forgot to add 1 item and asked to place it at the window. The server rolled her eyes and made a ghastly noise like her world was ending and stared at us. Decided I didn’t want to spend more money here. The Golden Arches sign reads “Now hiring Smiling faces.” Either they are retraining this chick or she’s getting let go on Monday and replaced with a “smiling face.” Please do better.

    I'm sick and tired of ordering an iced tea with no lemon because they say that they're out but I think it's because they don't want to cut the lemon. So I took a survey and after I completed the whole survey it said sorry there's another member of your family that already did a survey and we have to limit the amount of surveys that are done and there is no other members of my family and I have never ever done a McDonald's survey before. Please just cut your lemons because it's the only thing I ever order at McDonald's is an unsweet iced tea with a lemon. Do something with your app and your survey issue because it obviously doesn't know a thing.

    They will mess up your food one out of every three items. Not orders items. Nearly every order I have ever gotten from them has been wrong. They also flatten their quarter pounders. It's a shame this is the closest fast food restaurant to my domicile and I just can't bring myself to eat here anymore. It used to be pretty excellent several years ago

    This is the worst McDonald’s in Pensacola.There is no reason why I should be waiting on an order for almost 30 minutes

    I was greeted by a gentleman named DT, I think. He was full of energy and such a breath of fresh air. I called the store to pass on kudos to him but could not get through. Anyways he needs to run drive thru training.
