We placed an order online and our son provided the check-in code, only to be told they didn't even have our order. When he asked for help to resolve the issue, the young Black female behind the counter was incredibly disrespectful. Instead of actually assisting us or checking the system, she gave him an attitude and told us, "That’s your problem!" It is completely unacceptable to be met with that level of hostility when the restaurant's system is at fault. Management needs to address this immediately; being dismissive and rude is not a substitute for customer service. We won't be coming back. Also, we contacted the corporate office with our complaint.
