I pulled up to pay and the girl told me my total was 38.96 I handed her the card and she gave me a receipt and I drove to the next window! When I got there the girl proceeded to hand me an order that wasn’t mine and I told her it wasn’t mine and the manager came to the window and proceeded to tell me the last window accidentally charged me card for the car behind me, which was 17.46. He told me he would have to return the money back on the card which would take 24 hours or so to refund the money. Mind you my daughter had just enough to pay for their food. I asked was there any way for him to just charge the difference or give a cash refund and he said no. So now at the fault of McDonald’s my daughter or her kids got to get their food! I will never come back to this McDonald’s!

I feel like in the past when these items were $1 it was forgivable, now that they cost $3 and change it's pathetic. (Edit Owner responded and asked me to go to a link for customer feedback so they could help with the order being wrong. I went to the link and responded to the questionnaire and let their team know. Absolutely zero response, so not only did you waste my money and time with a wrong order, but you turned around and wasted my time by going to your "customer care team.' Do you think people aren't going to follow up or what? Anyways, you blew up on Reddit so congrats to that.")
