Got a cheeseburger, received 2 buns instead. McChicken had no mayo or lettuce on it and the patty was cold. I feel like in the past when these items were $1 it was forgivable, now that they cost $3 and change it's pathetic. (Edit Owner responded and asked me to go to a link for customer feedback so they could help with the order being wrong. I went to the link and responded to the questionnaire and let their team know. Absolutely zero response, so not only did you waste my money and time with a wrong order, but you turned around and wasted my time by going to your "customer care team.' Do you think people aren't going to follow up or what? Anyways, you blew up on Reddit so congrats to that.")

That McDonald’s dumpster isn’t just trash storage, it’s a full-blown biohazard shrine to corporate neglect. The smell hits you first: a layered stench of sour milkshake runoff, rotting fries, old grease, and something vaguely sulfuric that suggests a Filet-O-Fish met its end days ago and is still fighting for dominance. It’s the kind of smell that crawls up your nose and squats in your sinuses like it pays rent. The outside is coated in a greasy film that somehow survives rain, heat, and time itself—like the grease has achieved sentience and decided this is its final form. The lid never fully closes. Ever. It just hovers there, half-open, as if even the dumpster is tired of pretending this is acceptable. Inside, bags are split open from overstuffing, spilling out burger wrappers soaked through with grease, buns fused together into a single bread organism, and fries that look like they were fossilized mid-sog. Flies treat the place like an all-inclusive resort. Maggots are not hypothetical—they’re present, active, and thriving. Raccoons and stray cats have clearly been here before you, judging by the claw marks and scattered trash radius that suggests nightly battles over nuggets. In the summer, the heat turns it into a slow-cooking stew of fast-food regret. In the winter, it freezes into a monument of poor waste management, only to thaw back into hell come noon. And the worst part? This isn’t a one-off bad day. This dumpster looks like it’s been ignored consistently, like cleaning it would require a board meeting and three layers of approval. It perfectly reflects what happens when “out of sight, out of mind” becomes a business strategy. Final verdict: This dumpster is a sensory assault, an ecological crime scene, and a reminder that somewhere, someone decided this was “good enough.” It’s not. It’s disgusting, it’s preventable, and it absolutely deserves to be dragged into the daylight and shamed.

On November 21, 2025 I purchased a Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries, and a drink at your location at 7915 N Davis Hwy, Pensacola, FL. At the kiosk I intended to order a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, but the order I received was incorrect. I did not open or consume the food. After my order was delivered to my table I notified the employee who brought the tray that I intended to order a double and that I was willing to pay the difference for the additional patty. The employee thumped the order sheet on my tray, said “you ordered a single,” and walked away. When I again attempted to explain I was willing to pay the difference, she ignored me and went to get a manager. I then approached the counter and spoke with the manager (wearing a purple shirt). I explained the situation, that I had ordered the wrong item at the kiosk by mistake, and that I was willing to pay for the additional patty. I also expressed concern about how the employee had handled the delivery. The manager dismissed my request and stated the employee had felt threatened by my “tone.” I attempted to clarify that I had not been angry and only wished to pay for the additional item and resolve the matter, but the manager continued to attribute hostile intent to me. The manager then accused me of personally accusing her of being racist, publicly berated me in front of staff and customers, and ordered me to leave the premises. I informed her I would leave if I were refunded for the incorrect order. The manager refused to issue a refund and told me I could not remain in the store. I was forcibly excluded from the premises without receiving a refund. I never touched the food. When law enforcement became involved, the manager provided information to deputies that I believe was inaccurate. I will preserve and disclose evidence of the entire interaction, including the attached receipt, witness information, and any available video. As a result of the manager’s conduct I suffered emotional distress and was denied the customer service and refund to which I was entitled. I believe the conduct described may violate Florida’s public‑accommodation and anti‑discrimination provisions (see Fla. Stat. §§ 760.02, 760.07, 760.08) and that knowingly providing false statements to law enforcement may be actionable (see Fla. Stat. § 837.05), among other remedies.
