  Done going here. Orders consistently incorrect. Never prepared properly even with wild wait times… I mean it’s McDonald’s so I expect it occasionally, but they bat like 25% in getting an order right.

  Super fresh food, fries were some of the best ones we have had in a long time. We stopped Christmas eve for lunch and staff was super friendly.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have visited this location frequently and it is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Eggs are green, shells in egg mcmiffins. To top it off, the motion sensor water faucet is frequently out of service - hopefully workers are washing their hands when they get back to the kitchen after using the restroom - that is to say if they come down off their high to do their work properly. I am typically a fan and advocate of service workers in the restaurant industry. But this location on Sorrento Road needs a do-over. Clean house, clean up the nasty restaurant and restrooms, and start over. This is not a one time experience. Options are limited in this area so I will be switching to Burger King. Wish there was a Wendy's or Chick-fil-A nearby.

  I have been coming to this McDonald's for many, many years, never a problem. I ordered the same thing I always do through the drive through this morning. All I wanted was a poached (round) egg on a mcgriddle bun with a piece of cheese. They usually always charge me for a biscuit with cheese and egg. No problem, what I get today is the mcgriddle buns, and in a separate giant plastic box wirh a lid, was one egg with a piece of cheese on it. So I've got 2 big loads of packaging....and I just kind of look surprised and laughed, and said, I don't need this big box, and I slid the egg onto my 2 mgriddle buns....and tried to hand them back the box and said, could you please throw this in the trash for me....Because this is a waste of material....and they refused and got angry and said, no, that's your trash. We cannot take your trash. I said, well, you gave it to me and I didn't need it, nor ask for it nor want it...It was a waste... and then they got angry.And I set the trash in the window sill and they screamed at me for "throwing it at themç, which I never did.I will never go to this mcdonald's again...and I have been coming here for years and years and years..since 2004... Fix your customer service people. P.S. I have been in the restaurant business for over fifty years...

  Who ever the manager on call iss hung up on me twice now. I will never be going back to this establishment. They always, ALWAYS mess my order up, feels like its on purpose, always cold stale and been sitting there burgers. Time of disrespect from the manager was 5:20 pm, friday, december 5th. The manager was male. Rudest food service i have ever witnessed. I swear the reviews dont lie 70% the reviews say cold day old burgers, and wrong items, is it the people working there trying to lose business, and have to work less? If im the only car in the parking lot, i expect fresh food, not cold unsauced, disrespect for the intention of disrespect. Never go here. Thats what they want. Got it
