- LLLe Ya (lEEY)6 days ago1.0We always order on the app and have it delivered to the table because my son uses the Playplace. 1 out of 10 times has it been delivered to the table. The app shows "your order will be brought to your table #..." This evening, the employee said, "we called out the number several times". I didn't want to argue with her so I let it go. But if the manager sees this, you need to train your employees that if the customer orders food to their table, that its suppose to be brought out. Not them calling out the number on the intercom! The Playplace music is super loud, which is another problem. But maybe this needs to be taken to corporate so that the higher ups know you guys don't know what the app says and what you guys want to do.

- DLDerek LongNov 11, 20251.0Dirty tables no staff around to clean. Music was way loud especially in the kid area. We asked for table service and of course they just called our names. (Of course they young ladies got their food brought to them). If they are going to do that just dont offer table service. I don't care but if its an option I would like it to happen. Came here for play place but my son prefers the chickfila one and I prefer chickfila especially since the prices are the same now and mcdonalds isn't a cheap fast food place anymore. The guy was very short as he talked to people as well.
- EEEarl EmmanuelNov 6, 20254.0I mean it’s what you can expect from a normal McDonald’s… some workers are nicer than others, food is good when it is done correctly which doesn’t always happen but at this location they are a little better at getting it right as you described how you wanted whatever you are ordering. With that said I give them four stars for being clean and more positive than negative.
