Always have my app settings for counter pickup, but it went to drive thru. When I went inside, an employee said they are able to change to drive thru if they are busy inside. I’m heading to work and the line is wrapped around the building. So I ask my partner to go grab and bring to work. 15 minutes later, they can’t find the order but acknowledge from earlier. Said you will have to reorder. What about my money from the first order. We can’t find the order to refund it, they say. So much negative energy in this place. Go to Chick-Fil-A where the folks have class and appreciate your business.

Greeted us with a smile and his professional service was awesome and the food was hot and fresh. Jacoby set bar very high and hopefully his bar will be met when my wife I visit a different McDonald's. His Manager obviously runs the store with pride. Promote Jacoby and Please Recognize!
