    I placed a paid mobile order through the McDonald’s app, but when I arrived, the app wouldn’t let me check in. I called the store, and the manager told me I’d have to place another order and wait several days for a refund on the first one. When I mentioned contacting corporate, she said she “didn’t really care,” then hung up on me, and even gave out the supposed name of the franchise owner (Justin Conner) — which was completely unprofessional. I’ve since contacted McDonald’s corporate and also reached out directly to Connor Family Restaurants regarding the incident. No customer should be dismissed or treated this way, especially after paying for food they never received. Response to your generic garbage response, if you had actually read my review you would've seen , I've already called your corporate, so no need to fill out a duplicate complaint......your response proves you care nothing about your customers

    So fed up with please drive to the final window or park for your order. There is clearly some owner fudging of the numbers. I had zero, zero cars behind me and they asked me to park. This has gone on repeatedly for at least a year.

    Asked if the French fries were fresh. Manager told the girl at the window to tell me they were. Clearly they were not and only gave me half a serving. Called back to complain and was told they would call the police if I called back. Terrible experience and terrible customer service

    Horrible service and breakfast food! Sausage burrito ALWAYS hard ends,very little filling,never any Picante sauce in bag. Bagel sandwich- bagel BURNT!! Could only eat inside after wiping off that white liquid cheese which was all over bagel and wrap. We live in neighborhood,we will go extra miles from now on to get breakfast.Only getting worse.
