I called the store, and the manager told me I’d have to place another order and wait several days for a refund on the first one. When I mentioned contacting corporate, she said she “didn’t really care,” then hung up on me, and even gave out the supposed name of the franchise owner (Justin Conner) — which was completely unprofessional. I’ve since contacted McDonald’s corporate and also reached out directly to Connor Family Restaurants regarding the incident. No customer should be dismissed or treated this way, especially after paying for food they never received. Response to your generic garbage response, if you had actually read my review you would've seen , I've already called your corporate, so no need to fill out a duplicate complaint......your response proves you care nothing about your customers

Could only eat inside after wiping off that white liquid cheese which was all over bagel and wrap. We live in neighborhood,we will go extra miles from now on to get breakfast.Only getting worse.
