Seems as though this store just does not care about itself or us customers anymore. Staff, quality, you name it. Should just shut it down. Or maybe try caring about the place again like it used to feel like you did? Relocate, get bigger do better, something!! Extremely frustrated and disappointed long time customer.

First off, when taking my order the sound coming from the microphone made the worker sound masculine, so after I ordered and was asked “would that be all” I responded “yes sir” I was quickly and rudely informed “I’m not a man and pull up to the second window”. I immediately apologized and felt completely embarrassed with the situation only to be met with silence on the other end. I then pulled up to the window and was met with “what did you order?” Not a “hi” or anything. She also didn’t bother to tell me how much it cost, I had to ask her and after I would say “thank you” I was met with no response from her. Just plain rude! Sorry I made a mistake but still manners are a must for customer service. Btw you still got my order wrong I just didn’t want to go back to deal with the ugliness. Krispy just lost a costumer.
