The lady was pretty rude. We asked if we could scan our app, she said "no but give me your number", as we started to give her our phone number she yelled "hold on" and walked away (with our card). She came back, literally tossed the box of donuts into our car and shut the widow. We checked to see if our order was correct, suprise suprise, it wasn't. We asked the lady about the missing seasonal donuts and she said "we out". She didn't mention that while we ordered, nor did she say anything when we first pulled up to the window. Hands down, the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to.
