    Hey, cudos on your now strict, lock the doors opening until whatever time. This WAS my favorite JJ's in Pensacola. So you lost 2 sandwich meals today(20Jan2026) and ALL my sandwich meals going forward. I have always enjoyed supporting small business owners in part because of their flexibility for customers, but I guess in the end it's just business huh? Oh well, looks like I'm going back to Jason's Deli, best of luck.

    I brought my friend's daughter here. We got 3 sandwiches when we ordered 2 and all 3 of them had just a single slice of meat. Mind you, the kid rang me up for 3 Garangutan sandwiches. I paid $33 for three rolls, three slices of cheese and three shavings of deli meat. My friend's kid asked for no tomatoes and he added more tomatoes than anything else to her sandwich. I'm a regular JJ person and I briught my friend's kid here to cheer her up while her dad is passing. It was like even more salt on her wounds.

    I never had this experience before I come here for lunch on my breaks all the time . A new tall young guy took my order and looked like he did not wanna be there and annoyed he rang me up for one thing i asked for a sandwich a pickle and chips. I got just the sandwich when i asked the lady that was standing for the pickle spear they looked at me with attitude they were just standing there talking . A gentlemen with dreads had addressed the situation while they stood there rolling eyes made me feel very uncomfortable . I dont think I will be coming back .

    I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience left me disappointed enough that I feel like it needs to be shared. I ordered the #15, expecting the usual quality that Jimmy John’s is known for. Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, I realized that nearly a quarter of it was just plain bread. No meat, no toppings, no condiments—literally nothing but an empty piece of roll. At first, I thought maybe the filling had just slid down or shifted in the wrapper, but after pulling it apart, it was clear that it had simply been made that way. It was frustrating to take a bite and get absolutely nothing—just dry bread. When you’re hungry, looking forward to a meal, and paying full price for it, that kind of oversight really stands out. Mistakes happen, I get that. But what disappointed me most was that this is such a simple detail that should never have been missed. Jimmy John’s usually prides itself on being “freaky fast” and consistent, but speed shouldn’t come at the expense of quality or attention to detail. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy—just a complete sandwich I paid for. I’m not writing this to bash the staff, but to point out that experiences like this are exactly what can turn loyal customers away. I hope management takes this seriously and reminds their team to slow down just enough to double-check what they’re handing out. A small mistake on your end creates a big disappointment on ours. I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, and I would love to keep supporting the brand, but experiences like this make me think twice. Hopefully this feedback helps improve things, because customers deserve better than paying for a sandwich that’s missing a big chunk of what makes it a sandwich in the first place.
