  The afternoon mgr at this location was very customer service oriented, but apparently no longer works there. The mgr that was there at the time of this review had an attitude, wasn't willing to do any special requests, like Mayo in a cup instead of a mayo packet, and seemed to just not care.

  I like this location for their convenience and making a great Jimmy sandwich. I have done in-person and APP orders here, and they have always been accurate. Not many customers dine-in, so there is never a crowd.

  App ordering Sucks. Via the Jimmy Johns app just to try it for the first time. My co-worker ordered a #17 with provolone cheese, hot peppers & chips. His order was delivered incomplete without the extras that he wanted. He decided to be kind and inform the location of what was missing. The response he received from the female manager was nothing short of an I-don't-care attitude followed by a snide toned statement of "well you didn't get charged for any of those things" & "we don't do anything with the app" Nice job.
