When I came in I was the only customer at the time and the manager on duty in another employee was making small talk. They quickly acknowledged acknowledge me. I ordered a cheeseburger with barbecue sauce small fry small drink. Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. I sat in the restaurant while sitting I observed at least 10 customers come in after me all greeted with the same friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Every employee that was on duty was working and not standing around even though at the time I first came in they were not busy. There was someone taking out the trash, there was someone wiping things down, there was someone prepping, and the manager on duty who was also the cook was in the back prepping fries. Well Done To This Crew on this day at Five Guys Burgers!

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
