  I went to have dinner with a group of friends under separate checks. I perfectly remember giving a $5 tip, but when my card was charged the day after, they gave themselves an $8 tip. Food was good, but I’m not coming back.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY at this establishment .... The prices are sky high and the food is mid quality at best... They tried to charge me a $0.79 service fee for paying cash......They give you a huge basket of chips with a tiny bowl of salsa....... They did not refill my salsa...... The shrimp fajitas cost $20.59 before tax.... They came out hot and sizzling but were extremely bland and tasteless...... PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT.... THEY ARE ACCURATE .......If you're looking for authentic quality Mexican food... There is a place right up the street called Frida's Catina @ 1 New Warrington Road. ..... The prices, service, and quality are three times better at Frida's.

  Mia the waitress was horrid, super rude and inattentive I had to ask for utensils 3 times over the course of 30 minutes just to be told they needed to wash them, and at no point was my water refilled nor more chips/ salsa brought out. I paid $23 for a .5 inch piece of well done fat that they called steak and when she dropped off the checks she never picked them up after waiting over ten minutes we just paid at the front. Overpriced I cant say a single positive thing about this place

  One of the best meals I have had while visiting Pensacola. Authentic. Enormous variety for the small appetite to shared meals. Excellent tropical drinks. The only downfall of this excellent restaurant is the neglected, dilapidated bathrooms. Embarrassing for such a successful restaurant. (Come hungry but use the facilities at the hotel lobby next door. )

  I pre ordered my dinner to pick up when I got off work. I live 6-7 minutes away so I was there early and there was an order already on the pickup table. I had to wait for someone to assist me and they weren’t busy at all. I felt like I was a burden to the gentleman that walk up and sat behind the register. I had to tell multiple people my name and was handed the food that was sitting there when I arrived. I always order extra Queso cheese, guacamole, and sour cream to put on my food at an extra cost per item. When I got home about 6-7 minutes later and checked my bag there was no Queso cheese dip. I paid and didn’t get it. The food looked great so I just looked over the no cheese because I was hungry and took a bite. My food was ice cold….. It was terrible. I paid $17 for horrible service and food. When I had pulled up to the restaurant I had noticed on my order I forgot to add a drink and a tip so I took my card in to buy the drink and add the tip for my mistake. Because the man behind the counter acted like he couldn’t be bothered I just took the food and left. When I got home I was thankful I didn’t tip and I always tip at least a little something even with bad service. I won’t go back or refer anyone to this place. Very disappointed in my experience…
