First: when you have TWO lines and it says go to the shortest one, but you never take the order of the line on the right, what’s the point? Might as well turn that wasted space into something else. Second: to the skinny girl with dark hair that was there around 0900 November 13, 2025, are you ok? Usually when I go the DB I am in a full conversation. But this girl didn’t say one word to me at all. She hasn’t been the only one, but this was straight up disrespectful. And when I said thanks she looked at me annoyed and just said, “what!?”. If you are having a bad day, don’t go to work if you are in this industry. I even tipped 30%… next time I won’t because the service overall here has been bad. If there is a manager here or the owner, you might want to take a look at your business.

Literally made the entire establishment look like a joke of a business. This is a coffee joint, not the streets of the hood. Super unprofessional and the coffee is painfully mediocre, I would rather go to Starbucks tbh.

The Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée is my second seasonal go-to. The OG Gummy Bear rebel is my regular. Drinks are always made consistently well & never has my order been wrong. Everybody there is the sweetest.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
