- IHIrene Horton2 days ago1.0My husband and I have gone and stopped going to this Dunkin Donuts as well as the one on Nile mile Road. We liked the food, but we refuse to set down to a meal where Panhandlers are wrapped up and sleeping and they stink and disgustingly trash up the bathroom. They are dirty and disgusting because they do not bath. This is not conducive to a pleasant meal experience. They are using these places as a hotel and their own personal bathroom. We stopped going to the one on Nile Mile Rd because of the nasty bathroom where the panhandler just prior to my husband going to use the faculties had complete stopped up the toilet with massive amounts of toilet paper and disgusting things in the toilet. These panhandlers are not customers and are sleeping, using the free electricity to charge their phone (wonder how they can afford that) and the free wi-fi. When my husband spoke to the manager, his was reply was "Well he isn't hurting anything and I will not ask him to leave". So yes they hurting something they are hurting paying customer. This takes away from a paying customer's pleasant dinning experience and the clean faculties should a paying customer need to use the restroom. We will not be back! I can only assume that the managers & staff views are reflective of the owners of these restaurants. Seems to me they would value paying customers over freeloaders.
