- LHLuella HansenJan 4, 20261.0My husband, kiddo, and I have been to this Duncan Donuts several times in the past, but the last 2 times have made us decided to not try it again. Last time all the toilets where backed up and an active sewage leak with going on. We had a 4yr old who HAD to go so this really mattered to us. This time we went in, there was one employee who was trying to do everything. They did say "hello and they would be with us soon" when we walked in. We looked at the options and half the case was empty. Then we waited 10mins and end up giving up and left for Krispy Kreme. We notice as we left there were 2 cars in drive thru also waiting. No one went to the window before we left. I have had great experiences recently at the 9mile store and the Davis one. This store is just struggling. They need more employees. One person can't run the whole store. We are still going to go to the other location but I think we will be staying away from the one on our side of town.

But it was not a good welcome back to Dunkin today, customer service was terrible they left my sandwich out of the bag and then proceeded to look all skeptical as if I was lying. Of course in this economy that made me the most upset. I hate to do bad reviews but this was awful! The only bright side is I have an app on my phone that I can delete.
