But it was not a good welcome back to Dunkin today, customer service was terrible they left my sandwich out of the bag and then proceeded to look all skeptical as if I was lying. Of course in this economy that made me the most upset. I hate to do bad reviews but this was awful! The only bright side is I have an app on my phone that I can delete.

- GMGregory MorrisonOct 2, 20251.0I’m a regular here, and for the past around 8 times I’ve gone they’ve forgotten something, and I’m usually pretty lenient, but when you’re making completely wrong drinks, (ordered a brown sugar latte, got a Carmel coffee somehow), and missing entire sandwiches some days, and when I ask them to fix it they just took off the sticker, and gave me the same exact drink! *edit, went back in a 3rd time to ask them to remake it as I can see the Carmel at the bottom, they take my drink and put brown sugar syrup in the CARAMEL COFFEE (still wanting a brown sugar latte, which I’ve stated around 6 times now) and give me a SAMPLE CUP of brown sugar syrup. I gave up.
