- BKBill KneelandNov 12, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service spend 20 dollars and then have to pay 27 cent for ice as I’m standing there still waiting on food that took forever and seeing as they don’t wear name tags I don’t know if it was the manager or not but she was absolutely horrible she was extremely rude and shouldn’t have said what she said. Wish it would let me do less than one star. Save your money and find a local coffee joint that Dunkin was a joke
