Today the manager actually walked our coffee out to the car when she seen our car pulling up. They always address my husband by his first name when he walks in. Just all around great customer service ! Reading some of these reviews, I think people expect service workers to be perfect like robots but we’re all human. Being kind and showing compassion is rare in today’s world so it’s a breath of fresh air. And to add, our coffee is always perfect !
- HShaylee stanfieldOct 23, 20251.0walked in for a doordash, there was a lady already waiting so i asked had she been helped? she said no because they’ve been back there talking. i had to loudly say “ excuse me “ to get their attention. she then proceeded to say she doesn’t have my order when i can clearly see it on the screen. whoever this is with the lip piercing is rude and i wouldn’t recommend coming here at night, day shift is better. 😊
