  Placed an order on the app, was even 3 minutes late on my end to pick it up. Was 2nd in line. Once I was up, told me twice that it'd be "a few minutes". Took 30 minutes. Acted like they didnt know what to say / what they were doing. Food was barely warm. The steak in my bowl was very gummy and had an odd taste.

  We went in after they had been open for only a few days. They were so kind, helpful, and the food was delicious! We were accidentally over charged for an entree. When I showed the manager (CC, I believe was her name) the receipt, she was so gracious, apologetic, gave us an immediate refund, and a free entree to apologize. We left so impressed by the kindness of the manager and the other workers we spoke to. Definitely will be going back!

  Need better training before they open up this location not sanitize food everywhere.not wiping down properly cross contaimnation.Need better customer service and if you're out of food you need to post a sign not wait until the end and say we out of tomatoes and cheese and charge the full price for.the meal . I hope it gets better soon

  Very disappointing, just 3 days into this new location being in operation, and the reviews are in. This location already, is on its way to being Esambia County/Pensacola areas 3rd worst location. Right up there with Cordova Mall and W. 9 Mile. Let's hope the next location at Pine Forest and I-10 will have Higher Standards in there Management and Operations. Balancing proper High Customer Service level from employees, proper Routine cleanliness of make stations, proper Inventory mitigation and control preventing the most popular items from being the every day thing your running out of. Like fajitas veggies, guacamole, steak and rice. No Chipotle should be running out of those things Ever!. Especially if u don't have a line out the door of customers for more than 2 hrs on the busy nights , you should not be running out. I have been to over 25 Chipotles in 3 states, even been to the original Chipotle in Colorado and many others in that state. I have been to many chipotles that had lines out the door and they still did not run out of things. It's understandable when you are that busy like they. But these Pensacola locations are not even close to being as busy as those chipotles and yet they are always out of multiple things every night of the week. Absolutely unacceptable. At this point it's time to put blame where it belongs. It's the Regional Manager, she has not been managing these locations very well at all. It's her responsibility to ensure the GMs are doing proper Inventory for Customer Volume. Anyways just had to speak on this because I had high hopes for this new location being close to my house keeping me from having to drive 10 miles to the closest chipotle. And yet here it is 3 days in proving it's going to be just as crappy a Chipotle location as the others in town. Very depressing when you genuinely like the company and their food. Fingers crossed on the next up and coming location I-10 and Pine Forest .

  Went here after work to get some dinner the service was slow which is understandable with a new store and new people but they were out of some items like white rice and El Pastor, the portion size when I asked for barbacoa was horrendous I got only 1.9 Oz of meat which is half of what it should be and the queso was Luke warm and gritty this chips are also stale. I would not recommend this place at the moment will try again in a few weeks.
