  Awful. There should be no reason to be out of carne asada, adobo chicken, and queso at 6:30pm. It’s ridiculous and they love to give you small portions too. Some people even walked out because they were out of everything smh. The employees act like they’re clueless and it’s so unprofessional. I won’t be going back to this location ever.

  I’ve been coming here for 3 years now hoping and praying it would get better every time. Long story short it hasn’t. The Manager that has the stature of a small garden gnome always has a bad attitude. I’ve witnessed her slamming things around all because she has to serve customers. Also the whole restaurant starts to soft clock out at about 10 o clock. Out of Chicken? Welp that’s too darn bad because we ain’t making anymore is the kind of attitude that this location gives off. You pretty much get treated like an inconvenience even though they are getting paid to be there. This review has been a long time coming. Chipotle you need to take a close look at this location and maybe hire some different people because the service is just straight up sad. A disabled grandma with no legs would probably serve me faster and have a better attitude than most the employees there.

  I had started to avoid Chipotle everywhere because they had dried food and no fajita. However, I came early on nov 11 and i had my first good meal at Chipotle in a while. OUTSTANDING! keep improving and no dried food. Stocked with Fajita. I will return more if u keep up.

  We ordered our food online to avoid waiting in line, but ended up waiting anyway inside the restaurant, watching the crew disappear to the back having no one to work on assembling our order. When we arrived, there was no line and it wasn't busy. However, shortly after we sat down to wait for our order, a large crowd entered into the restaurant - possibly a high school or college sports team. We waited about 20 minutes for them to start preparing our order, during which time we saw them set aside a takeout order in a place that was not accessible for us to view the label or pick it up if it was ours. By then, the crew had begun working on the line that had formed. My husband immediately went to the counter to check if our order was ready. The crew told us it was not. We waited a little longer, and he went back to inquire again. This time, he saw them look at two containers behind them, grab them, and hand them to my husband, explaining, "Oh, here it is." The food was obviously cold, the rice was hard and it seemed questionable as to how fresh the food was as a whole. Despite our reservations, we believed that food industries value the quality of their food and how the food is handled/prepared. We take a lot of things into consideration and decided to sit down inside the restaurant and eat our meals. As soon as we left, my husband became very sick, experiencing projectile vomiting and what can only be described as food poisoning! Overall, our visit to this location was a bad experience, resulting in food poisoning, poor customer service and we will not be returning! So disappointed.

  They didn't have any white rice or chicken ready had to wait then the rice was hard and the carne asada was poor quality definitely not the same quality as before not to mention the portion your better off cooking at home.
