These aren’t specialty or low-demand items—they’re a core part of the menu, especially for customers who don’t eat meat. Running out is one thing. Refusing to restock with that much time left is another. It felt like the staff had already decided to “soft close,” prioritizing early cleanup over customer service. For a brand that positions itself as a reliable option for plant-based and vegetable-focused meals, this location severely misses the mark. If you’re advertising plant-forward food, vegetables should be available until closing time—not just when it’s convenient for the shift. Very disappointing experience, and not what customers should expect from Chipotle.
