Anyways the only thing I need to say is this location almost never has their essential ingredient and it pisses me off enough to drive to the other location across town, white rice. What chipotle doesn’t have white rice back stocked and made ready to go ? It’s clear the management doesn’t care about anything there

It’s not that hard to give good customer service, this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to A LOT. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 9 mile or the one in gulf breeze, they actually take care of their customers.

I decided to be brave and try again today and I was not disappointed! The portions were great and the service was speedy. The line was long, but the employees were very fast and friendly. Definitely one of my best chipotle experiences and I will be back. Thanks guys!

And both employees could not wrap burritos at allllll. I have two smooshed balls of what are the ingredients to a burrito. I doubt any “training” or “health standards” occur here
- AAalexisOct 14, 20251.0I’m literally so embarrassed, stood in the corner for 30 mins waiting for the new carne asada, having to tell so many people go right ahead, only for them to cook and cut regular steak while they were aware I was waiting for asada. the staff were laughing and pointing at me saying don’t worry it’s coming, while laughing btw. I’m in tears and starving.
