- GAG Andrew2 days ago2.0Been here numerous times, it’s hit or miss. Staff is respectful. Sometimes they don’t have any ingredients which is very frustrating as I have to sit and wait. Had employee blatantly lie to my face about the vinaigrette that the ones in the fridge were expired, asked a different employee and grabbed it from the supposed spot where the expired ones were.

This is the second time I've given Chipotle a chance and it will be the last. I got the burrito bowl and the rice was nasty, and so was the chicken. The chicken was so dry and just ughhh. And the chips were so salty. Like they put the whole canister of salt into the chip bag. The queso was good and so was the green tomatillo sauce. That was the only good thing about my meal, sadly. 3/10, just not a fan at all and was not impressed at all.

Most of the workers look like they hate their job and the portion sizes show that. I also fee like the tables are always really dirty too. And what's worse is that since the location is at the mall and it takes 10 minutes to park, I always just end up settling and order.
