  I just wanted to share a concern about my experience at Cava today. Customer service was very poor and felt unprofessional. When I asked for regular chicken, I was told there was none available, yet there was no clear answer on when more would be ready. In the past, when regular chicken has run out, it has only taken a few minutes to be replenished, so the lack of communication was frustrating and prevented me from placing an order. Additionally, there appeared to be tension among staff, and the crew was playing loud rap music and not very engaged with guests. Overall, the environment felt unwelcoming and unacceptable. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this is not the level of service I expect. I’m unsure when the best time is to visit due to these inconsistencies.

  This is a really great place to eat if your hungry!! Lol the employees are super friendly and funny, plus the food is always so good and pretty fresh, the place is usually pretty packed depending on the hour but for a good reason. The food is just too good!! Would recommend coming here if you want to try some tasty food.

  My food was good, no complaints on that. However , STRONG RECOMMENDATION: train employees again on customer service ! Please! I won't be coming back because of that . Cava is pricey to have young unprofessional workers . The young lady who worked the register around 5:40 pm today, should be in the back cooking the food. NOT the front line. The employees lack social skills and aren't approachable to serve the food. Maybe try hiring more mature employees. I wish I experienced the crew that provides better service .

  This is the most inconsistent Cava I’ve ever frequented. The most consistent thing is the lackluster customer service. The A team was definitely not on duty today. We were two of only four customers in line and the girl at the end of the serving line did everything she could to delay finishing up our order, she dumped good pita crisps and gave me burnt ones instead. The staff only seems friendly if a manager is out front. I like the Cava concept and often like the food, but this was one of those days.

  Good food however the service was horrible. When we got there they did not even acknowledge us and were busy talking among themselves. We then waited and they finally looked up and said “someone will be there with you in a minute” and continued to talk. 5 MINUTES after we finally got our order ready and she was not even listening and put the wrong ingredients and didn’t acknowledge our requests. She then stopped mid order and started a conversation with her friend who came in and got aggravated at us for trying to order. I asked her for specific sauces and she did not listen and I asked multiple times for pita bread and she only gave one at the fourth request. She then left us and didn’t give our drinks and our bowls which had the wrong ingredients. We were very patient and did not start an argument or even tell her anything negative. We waited very patiently and asked kindly for our order just for us to be ignored and have the wrong food. For two bowls it took us almost 20 minutes. And there was no line - no waiting or anything - just because they were busy talking and did not want to do their job.
