We have lived here for two years. We come in at least once a week. We usually set at the bar and the guy who works there is phenomenal. Today we tried to go in for some football. No bar seats were available so we asked for a high top in the bar area. The hostess working today REFUSED to set us in the bar area because she said that the staff were "overwhelmed" in that space. There were several tables open and she was adamant that we would not be seated there under any circumstances. We have probably spent about 7k at this restaurant eating, drinking and having a good time. Until today 01/11/2026.

My online order is taking over an hour to get made. They said they were missing a chicken sandwich so they had to remake it. Then they were waiting on some sauce… like AN HOUR …. and I still do t have my food. I’ll be glad when I do and hopefully it’s all fresh.
Update: they left out my 10 pc wings and when I called to let them know they hung up on me. Such an unprofessional establishment! Won’t be back! Food was cold!! And took over an hour… plus awful attitude from employees.

Terrible service. We were 1 of 3 tables in the whole building. At the end of our time there our waitress came, took our cards, and I asked for a to go box. She went and put our cards on a side table and walked off and talked to her coworkers for twenty minutes. We sat there and waited for a to go box for twenty minutes while our cards were left unattended and exposed. When she finally dropped the cards off I tried to remind her about the to go box and she cut me off and said “I didn’t forget.” After twenty minutes it did sure feel like we were forgotten though. She also screwed up my husband’s order and gave him dry rub when he asked for sauce. Then our friends ordered hot lemon pepper and only got regular.

My online order was not filled after waiting 50 minutes for it. No one came to the Take Out desk for a long time so I followed an employee to a register and asked to cancel the order and to be issued a refund. That employee, who looked like a he might have been a manager, said, "Sure, just a second", which turned into several minutes. When he did come to the Take Out desk, he didn't issue a refund but instead went into the kitchen. We waited several more minutes before he came out with a bag of food for us. Others were waiting for their take out, including a Door Dash employee. The restaurant didn't even seem that busy for a Monday night close to New Years eve. The only reason I had placed the online order was that my experience with the Buffalo Wild Wings in Birmingham always filled orders quickly and I expected that Pensacola would be no different. The Door Dash employee said that delayed orders were a common problem. I won't be returning to this restaurant any time in the near future. They appear to have inadequate staff waiting on tables and filling online orders. The food was not worth the wait.
Update one week later: I tried to complete the form on their Reach Out link provided below my first review. It didn’t work. The form does not locate any BuffaloWild Wings restaurants, so the form cannot be completed. BWW in Pensacola has awful online ordering services and BWW customer service has some kinks to work out on their form so that it can actually function to address any problems with their restaurants.

I never leave reviews, and if I can get everything a zero, They doesn’t even deserve a one star … I understand that everyone can have a bad day and things happen. But this experience was honestly the worst I have ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings, and I can’t stay quiet about it.From the moment we sat down, our waitress made us feel like we were a bother. She didn’t greet us, didn’t offer water, barely spoke to us, and acted irritated any time we tried to ask a question. Every time she walked by, it felt like we were being ignored on purpose. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this same waitress, and no customer should ever feel uncomfortable going out to eat.What made things worse was the behavior of one of the managers. When she came over, she didn’t show any concern or professionalism. She acted like what we were saying didn’t matter at all. Being treated that way by a manager — someone who is supposed to set the example — was honestly very upsetting.And then the food arrived. As shown in the pictures, my wings were prepared terribly. The sauce was uneven, clumpy, runny, and messy. I had to send them back twice, and even then they still weren’t right. It felt like nobody cared about the quality of the food or the customer experience.After everything, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and truly disappointed. I really believe this team — including the waitress and the manager involved — needs serious retraining. Customers deserve better than this.I hope corporate sees this and steps in, because this kind of service is unacceptable
