This place was awful. We sat at the bar. I kept smelling a sour smell, Asked my husband if he smelled it. He said no. I thought maybe I touched something so went to wash my hands. When I got back...the smell was gone. Ok. Must have had been something on my hands. Then the bartender opened the fruit container and my husband and I both smelled it. Sour like rotten sour. Then they brought out the wings. Tiny and WAY over cooked. Like chicken jerky. It was awful. The fries tasted stale and reminded me of when I was a kid and found a frie in the couch cushion or the car. OMG. Never again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could leave a negative star, I would. We were in Pensacola for an appointment, so we stopped in to eat. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to.
When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. We walked around looking for someone to help. A man finally came from the back and helped us get a table. The table was dirty, so he cleaned it with a foul-smelling cleaner. We started to leave at that point but figured things would get better. We were so wrong. Things only got worse.
Our waitress, La Coste, finally addressed us after we had been sitting for about 10 minutes. She had a slight attitude when taking our orders and made it seem as if we were bothering her just by being there. It took over 40 minutes to get our food, although the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. When we finally did get it, it was terrible.
Our waitress even seemed agitated when we asked for to-go plates. It took her a long time to bring them, and when she did, she dropped them on the table as if she were upset.
The entire time we were in the restaurant, we never made an issue of anything. We remained polite. We just knew we would never return. We will be sticking to the lovely Buffalo Wild Wings in Navarre, FL. This Pensacola location should take notes from the Navarre Location.

The waitress was extremely rude and seemed to have an attitude and short on time. She made our experience unpleasant. The mozzarella sticks were hard and cold, it was shameful to have served that. The wings and potato wedges were good.
At the end the server seemed to fix her attitude, before giving the check. It's ridiculous. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but it was just done in poor taste.

Food was absolutely disgusting! Waited over an hour for a salad and a cheeseburger! Plenty of staff but only one waitress in our area. By the time we got our food.. the bun on the burger was rock hard, the chicken on the salad was rubbery and the lettuce wilted! Sent everything back.. we waited for them to remake the burger.. it took so long we just left! Save your time and your money!

Hi, earlier everything was good, but today I ordered a michelada and it really tasted like there was no beer in it at all — just tomato juice. I even asked my friend to try it to be sure, and he felt the same.
I politely called the server and simply asked if a little beer could be added so it would taste like a proper michelada. Instead, I was told the drink was “correct” and that I would have to pay extra if I wanted anything added, even though no one from the staff actually tasted it.
What disappointed me most was not the drink itself, but the way the concern was handled. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just for my feedback to be taken seriously as a customer.
In the end, I actually had to pour some beer from my friend’s glass into mine just to make it drinkable, which honestly shouldn’t have been necessary.
Because of this experience, I’ll probably choose to spend my time and money at other places in the future. Thank you.
