    Walked in the restaurant to pick up an order and not one customer in the in the dining area or in the drive-through. Stood there a total of probably just over five minutes The young man and young female behind the counter, looked up at me a few times never acknowledged Never said someone will be right with Literally pretended like I wasn’t there Look for a manager, but didn’t see one hopefully not one of these two were managers they both had headsets on very poor service

    I think the shift managers name here is brittany with a black ponytail I don’t like her attitude her attitude stinks have a better attitude

    I’ve been to other locations in Pensacola, and this location never lets me down. Quickly service in the drive-thru, correct order every time and friendly workers. Keep it up Arby’s Crew!!
