  Please forgive me if I misspell her name. The manager Aushanti, is wonderful with a great staff. I was having issues with an Arby’s e gift card and other stores (NDavis in particular) said we can’t help you. Aushanti knew exactly what to do, while being professional and kind. Thank you. Great food, clean bathrooms, and attentive staff

  The worst Arby’s I’ve ever had the displeasure to go to. Went thru drive thru got a #1 with a sweet tea and apple pie shake. Got to window paid, received my sweet tea and my shake, then told to pull up and wait for the rest of my food, which was just one sandwich and a medium fry. The store was not busy at all. ..I was made to wait 10 minutes for barely warm food not fresh. The fries were hard and greasy and half full and the sandwich which was just supposed to be a regular roast beef Instead got a cheddar roast beef with sauce added, and the bread had gristle on it… nasty, Hell, even the tea tasted old hard to ruin sweet tea . Needless to say instead of going back to the line and complain I just threw it all away wasted my $15 will not be going back. Also would like to add I’m a very friendly person I say thank you and please, even when the service is not great and I would like to add the service was not great. i’ve worked in customer service. I’ve had to deal with really shitty people and I still kept a smile on my face and said thank you and please and have a good day. It’s very basic stuff. Customer service is not taught anymore and it’s ridiculous.
