  Today was my 4th trip to this location and it being a new location I figured they just needed time to get settled in but each time has only seem to have gotten worse. Today was a 4pm on a Friday and only 3 staff working. Both lanes were full. The person taking my order was fine. The one delivery the order had to run after a car that had pulled away but not left the parking lot. Only one person making the drinks. I get to the front to receive my iced Carmel macchiato and she started to hand me a cup of iced milk when she realized that there were no shots in my drink. So she gave it back to them. Then when she was given the drink again to proceed ed to check with all the cars be hind me if it was their drink. When she got back to the iPad and was confused I told her I thought it was my drink and she said “oh, I thought you had the energy drink”. My drink did taste good once I got it. Just think they need more staff and better training.

  I am a frequent patron of 7Brew and have always been highly satisfied with this location. However, my experience during my most recent visit tonight was significantly disappointing due to the conduct of this staff member. This employee was notably rude, dismissive, and appeared visibly annoyed, which adversely affected my overall experience. It is unclear whether she was having an off day or facing other issues. Despite our continued kindness, her attitude remained unchanged, I guess “kill them with kindness” could not be employed here. Additionally, she refused to provide a receipt, claiming the printer was not functioning, which I highly doubt. She also indicated that my beverage had been refunded; however, I lack proof of this transaction due to the alleged technical issues with the printer, and I have not received a refund to date. When I asked for her name, she identified herself as Remi and rolled her eyes. I left the establishment shortly after, but I felt it was important to leave this review so that her supervisor or the owner could be aware of the incident. Regardless of personal feelings, I believe that rude and unprofessional behavior towards customers is unacceptable and counterproductive..

  We LOVE 7 Brew!!! With a family of 6, I'm embarrassed to tell you all how much we've spent at various locations last year. Anyway, this location is new, so we haven't been here a lot. However, each time, all our drinks fell short, not tasting the same as they do at other locations. They never put caramel syrup in or on the iced Macchiato. Sometimes the Smooth 7 tastes like it's chai, or a blondie; other times, there's no flavor at all, or it's strong cinnamon ?!?. The Burnette was so chocolatey, I threw it all out last time. Something is off about how they are measuring or not following the recipes. This is the only location where we've experienced this issue. Granted, they are new and learning, I hope! So we will likely give them another try, but for now, I'll drive to Davis for consistent drink flavors.

  Love this 7brew location! Been several times. Staff is friendly and has great drink recommendations. Thanks Keara(sp?) for my new fav 7energy coconut+pineapple+vanilla+cold foam.
