This has been a recurring issue, today when we went she was very passive aggressive with all four of us, not friendly in the slightest. When we asked her questions about the drinks we wanted to try, she acted as if we should already know the answer and wasn't helpful at all! Not to mention our drinks were not good today. The lady who brought our drinks out was also rude. She stood at the window of our car holding two drinks (which looked the same) and when we asked which drink was which she had an attitude. The davis hwy location use to be our favorite but after this we are disappointed.

Today I asked for a small with cold foam, they bring me a medium with no foam. I asked again for a small with cold foam (I think the medium doesn’t taste as strong of coffee) and they bring me the medium with cold foam.

So I had him remake it cuz it was not a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and extra caramel. I'll keep going to Duncan's. The way that they make their coffee is the same way they dropped their buildings in. Fast efficient and falling apart.
