  I’m staying at a hotel that’s a six minute drive from the restaurant. I called up and ordered a margarita pizza with a cauliflower crust and added spinach. I left right away because she told me it would be 10 minutes. I probably spent a couple of minutes looking for a parking spot because she did not tell me that the pizza place is located next to a concert venue where there were hundreds of people lined up outside waiting for a concert to start. Also, there was construction going on on the street where the pizza place and the concert venue is, so I had to park two blocks away. When I got there, I paid and she handed me the pizza. I was surprised that it was ready so quickly, and her comment was that they use an 800° oven to cook the pizzas so they are very quick. When I got it back to the hotel, it was stone cold, burnt, and there were exactly 5 pieces of spinach on top of the 10 inch pizza. It was awful. I don’t know what else to say about it. I don’t like cold pizza and I especially don’t like it when I ordered it hot 10 minutes prior. The people at the front desk should’ve realized how quickly their pieces are made and they should’ve waited until I got there to put it in the oven. And it was ridiculous that they charged me another three or four dollars for five pieces of spinach. Not worth it at all. I should’ve just ordered some food from the hotel.

  Great pizza and service with beer choices and wine. It is a part of Bavaria german restaurant, giving you both of option of eating in the pizzeria and ordering from the german foods menu.

  Ordered a Pizza to try after Christmas Parade 2025. Was ready in ten minutes and very tasty. Will be back to get a bigger pizza and to try other items

  Went on a Saturday early evening. Our server, AJ, was great. he pizza was the best I've had in Pensacola! One of our group ordered German food, spatzle, and we had a medium pretzel. We had the Sophia Loren pizza. Food came out fast. Positive experience all the way around. We were able to resist the desert offerings, but they looked great. Of note, the Dieci Italian/pizza restaurant and the Bravaria restaurant are the same place. Great work AJ, thank you
