    I got the Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard with a cheeseburger and fries and got food poisoning. Definitely disappointed and wont be back here

    I always visit this location when I'm in town and have always been completely satisfied with my order but this time my food was cold, just a few fries in my order and I was told only after I asked for it that they were out of the country gravy. Seems like that information would have been proactively provideed upon ordering.

    This place has a nice view of the bay with outdoor seating. The perfect place to have a Blizzard. The restaurant is neat and clean.

    Radiating Enemy Energy! After this non uniformed employee "Robbie" received my order, his attitude turned towards hate and bitterness. He put 2 ketchups and 1 napkin for 2 orders of fries, when I asked for more, he said "I gave you extra" with a sassy lip. He failed to explain the difference between tartar and cocktail sauce, all he did was stare at us like we were from Planet X. Dairy Queen now practices policing their napkins and ketchup, keep in mind this is an order over 22 dollars! and to be treated like this with so much hate by a very disturbed person radiating enemy energy. DO NOT EAT HERE, the precovid era is long gone at this place.

    I've been coming to this location for almost 30 years and realized I had never left a review. We visited this evening and it was business as usual--meaning, quick service with a smile and perfect milkshakes. And the view over Escambia Bay can't be beat!
