- JBJim BrownMar 5, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience with Chipotle today. The portion size was extremely small compared to what I normally receive. I even asked for extra on all of my toppings, yet the bowl was still barely filled. It honestly looked like a half portion even after requesting extra. On top of that, some of the rice had hard burnt pieces mixed in, which made parts of the meal unpleasant to eat. I also ordered a side of queso, and the container wasn’t even halfway filled, which was frustrating considering the extra price for it. The service also wasn’t the best. The employees didn’t seem very outgoing or welcoming, and the interaction felt rushed with little attention to the order. To make things worse, when I tried to resolve the issue through the AI chatbot in the app, it didn’t help at all. My order was sealed for a to-go pickup, so I didn’t open the bag until I got home. Because of that, there was no way for me to notice the problems earlier, and the chatbot didn’t provide any real solution or support. Overall, this was a pretty frustrating experience and definitely not the level of quality or service I expect from Chipotle. I hope this review will be noticed so this can be resolved.
