  Usually Chick-fil-A always gets five stars from me. I think the only reason why they're getting four is just because they're so new and still trying to hammer out the busyness of it. But sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes for a single chicken sandwich was a bit long. After I sat there I realized I should have went inside but of course there's no exiting the line once you get in it.

  I had a great experience at Chick‑fil‑A. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the chicken sandwich, which was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The waffle fries were hot and well-seasoned, and everything came out quickly.

  I stopped in around 1 PM today and had a great experience. The service was quick and welcoming—it even looked like one person was handling things solo for a while. He and a red-haired coworker were both very helpful and worked efficiently to get everything out. The food came fresh, accurate, and right on time. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Currently having lunch. I’m not local but like to come to Pensacola every now and again since it’s close by. I didn’t know this chicfila had just opened. My son and I are sharing a Large Mac & Cheese & I had a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. The food is perfect and just as expected. Addison was my cashier and she was very sweet. I had Courtney come by and check on drink refills. The manager was going around checking tables as well as many other team members coming by. Very good first impression for a newly opened restaurant! Great job guys.

  The entrance on Mobile Highway is a nightmare already at the after school hours around 3-4 pm. The configuration of the parking lot could of been made better for people to come in and out, also to separate the drive thru and dine in traffic lanes. The food was on point as expected and no long wait. Only solution I see is remodeling the entrance on Mobile highway to have wider access. And or having Mobile highway entrance as enter only and exit only on Tonawanda Dr.
