    the food was great, but cava seriously needs better management asap. While in line getting my food i witnessed the manger be very loud and rude to his employees even had one of his employees crying on multiple occasions because of the blant disrespect, serious actions needs to be taken about this!!

    I’ve gone to multiple CAVAs and love them but the service at this location was disappointing. Ordered ahead when I arrived at designated time it still took additional 25 mins. They asked me my name four different times to look up the order and there was no sense of urgency with a line of people waiting for take out orders. Finally received my food and the bowl was completely wrong. Might be better off avoiding order ahead.

    The food its good, fresh love the food. Its the service, all the people who are the face of the company and preparing your food are just 😑🫩😒 faced, theres no smiles its what rice or green you want , what protein, they forget the pita theres no smile, no Hi welcome in i feel like my energy is drained just speaking and looking at them. I understand the food service isnt a glamorous job but geez they had to be good because you saying thank you they will not even acknowledge that you spoken to them with manors. Its so bad my 4 year old ask why are they all like Mr. GRUMP FISH from bubble 🫧 guppies that says alot.

    I honestly don’t understand the point of having a mobile ordering system if you can’t have orders ready on time. I placed my order through the app expecting a quick pickup, and instead ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes. The staff in the kitchen were disorganized and came across as rude, with no sense of urgency or communication. If you’re going to offer scheduled pickup times, at least respect your customers’ time. To make things worse, the food wasn’t even worth the wait. Very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be coming back unless there’s a serious improvement in both service and management.

    Came to pick up a DoorDash order. It was busy so I understand that but they should have a system set up to where you don’t have to stand in the line where you order food to get your DoorDash order. Went to the delivery section where I was ignored until I gave her no choice but not to ignore me. (The girl with brown hair and bun pigtails) I told her who I was there to pick up for DoorDash. She said okay I’ll let them know with a face like she was annoyed for me telling her. So I sat down and waited. Then I finally got in the food line because as far as I could see she didn’t let anyone know. Waited in that line until the gentleman went to take my order where I told him I was picking up DoorDash and then he proceeded to go to the kitchen and ask them for it where I watched them tell him they haven’t started it yet. He told me to sit down and they would bring it to me. They made it in five minutes. So I sat there for over 30 minutes for them to make a salad and pour a drink while the kitchen hung out the whole time and the brown haired girl couldn’t even tell them. If you don’t like your job and don’t want to satisfy everyone then find a new one (:
